‘Ye or Nay?

“Who’s the best MC, Biggie, Jay-Z or Nas?”……That debate has remained prevalent for years now and even though everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I think it’s safe to say the the ideal Top 5 of today has changed from about a decade ago. One artist who I still think is highly UNDER-rated (despite his commercial success) is Kanye West. He’s been in the game long enough and produced enough “classics” to at LEAST be in the discussion of top MC’s. WHERE at the top is what I want to find out from you all.

Where does Kanye West rank on your list of MC's?

TECHNOLOGY IS AMAZING

Respect The Architects: Tinker Hatfield

For those of you who are sneaker connoisseur such as myself, you should already know who Tinker Hatfield is. For those of you who DON’T know, you SHOULD know by the end of this video (see what I did there? No? Don’t worry about it). Specifically in reference to this video, Tinker is the man who designed Nike’s first Air Max sneaker, The Air Max 97 (which is also currently known as the Air Max 1). However he didn’t originally start off designing sneakers, he was actually an architect. Here, you’ll see how he was able to mesh (no pun intended, if you’re hip) two completely different worlds of art, performance and design. I hope you enjoy and more importantly, I hope you’re inspired.

Time Well Spent…And Wasted

Can you imagine how much money we’ve blown on these over the years?…not to mention the countless hours of our lives that we’ve spent playing them?…..I dont know about you but I’ve enjoyed every dime and minute of it. Even till this day.

Slyde HD3

image

We’ve reached a day and age in technology where if its not touch-screen, its #wack. Everything from cell phones, mp3 players, and even tablets are buttonless. Well now you can add watches to that list. The Slyde HD3 takes the shape of a basic watch and tosses in a touchable LED screen, calendar, photo viewer, titanium body that’s water-resistant up to 30 meters, sapphire crystal faceplate and somewhere in there is an actual timepiece. The dials are also interchangeable. The expected release date for these is sometime this fall with prices projecting up to $5000. If you’re about that life, consider this a profitable investment.
